Q: How long is the veil?
A: The bottom layer is 23" and the top layer is 19".
Q: Does the veil come in ivory?
A: You can get a white or ivory veil on any of my headpieces. If not specified, white will be sent
Q: Do the gloves come in ivory?
A: Gloves are available in either white or ivory.
Q: What is Diamond White?
A: Diamond white is the color between ivory and white. It matches best with an off white communion dress or matches a silk dress better than white as silk is usually not a pure bright white.
Q: Do you have samples of the ribbon edges that you can mail me?
A: Yes, send me your address and I will mail you out some samples.
Q: Can I get the veil untrimmed, that is without any ribbon edge?
A: Yes, you can have the veil untrimmed if you wish.
Q: My daughter is tall/short. Can I have the veil made a couple of inches longer/shorter?
A: Yes, I can make the veil a few inches longer or shorter.
Q: How long will it take to receive the veil once I order?
A: Once I receive your order, you should have it in about two weeks.
Q: Are your veils handmade or factory made veils?
A: I offer both, with the handmade veil being the more expensive.
Q: I have twins. Do you have two of the same veil available?
A: Yes, I can make two identical veils for you. Or you an order two of the same headpieces and have different trims on them if you want them to be individual.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Full refund given for returns within 7 days (minus shipping charges).
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: I have been in business for 8 years.
Q: Can I send you a picture of my dress so you can help me match a veil?
A: Yes, send me the picture and I would be happy to help you.
Q: My dress is very plain. What type of veil should I go with?
A: If your dress is plain, you can use any veil and headpiece to complement it.
Q: My dress has all pearls. Can I use a rhinestone headpiece?
A: If your dress has all pearls, a rhinestone headpiece will not match. You can either use one that has all pearls or a mixture of pearls and rhinestones.
Q: I have my own headpiece. Can you veil it for me?
A: Yes. I have done this many times. Just send it to me and I will give you a call and discuss veiling options with you. Just make sure it is not too close to your communion day and allow enough time for mailing back and forth.
